We start with the client’s ideas and manage permits and feasibilities to the corresponding institutions. Design presentation with virtual tours and photorealistic 3d images. Subsequently, we develop construction plans with all the required specialties (electricity, structure, hydraulics, mechanical installations, data, technology, etc.)

If you already have the space and need to furnish, illuminate, paint, and give it the desired style, we have the necessary technical support. We start from the digitization of the property, we propose materials, textures, colors and we take care of every last detail necessary until the project is carried out.

In this phase we work in different modalities: Construction of projects designed by our office and construction of projects designed by third parties. Additionally, we work on remodeling and adaptation of independent or isolated spaces.

We provide assistance in cleaning, repairs, plumbing, painting, electrical, masonry, etc. making use of good occupational safety practices. Throughout our training we have traveled different paths, one of them is preventive and corrective maintenance in buildings that due to their continuous use, need to be kept in optimal conditions for their operation and prolong the useful life of the same. We are there for you, even in emergency situations.
